On February 23, 2022, at 3:30 pm I conducted my interview with Sana O'Sullivan the head of horticulture, and Riki Bonnema the horticulture and beekeeper of the Miami Beach Botanical garden. Throughout this interview, I asked questions about the main topic of gardening.
